ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS
Virtual Therapy Across Ontario
Some of life’s biggest transitions can also be the loneliest.
Whether you’re trying to conceive, navigating infertility, processing pregnancy loss, adjusting to pregnancy or postpartum, moving through perimenopause or menopause, or simply feeling like you’ve lost touch with yourself along the way, you deserve a space where your experiences are met with compassion rather than judgment.
I’m Anysha, a Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist, and Community Researcher. I provide virtual psychotherapy for women and birthing people aged 16 and older across Ontario, with a special focus on reproductive mental health and the emotional transitions that accompany different stages of life.
I know that these experiences are rarely just about one moment. They can shape how you see yourself, your relationships, your body, and your future. Therapy offers a place to make sense of those experiences while reconnecting with your strengths, values, and sense of self.
My Approach
I believe healing begins in relationships.
My approach is emotion-focused, relational, and anti-oppressive, grounded in warmth, authenticity, and collaboration. I bring curiosity, humour, and deep respect for your lived experience, creating a space where you don’t need to have everything figured out before you walk through the door.
Together, we’ll explore the patterns that keep you feeling stuck, strengthen your emotional resilience, and work toward meaningful change that feels sustainable beyond our sessions.

Specialized Experience
During my clinical training at Women’s College Hospital, I provided psychotherapy to individuals and families navigating infertility, pregnancy loss, pregnancy and postpartum transitions, and evolving family dynamics.
Earlier in my career, I spent more than eight years supporting youth and young adults through complex life experiences. That foundation continues to shape how I practice today by helping me meet every client with empathy, cultural humility, and genuine curiosity.
I welcome clients from all backgrounds and strive to create an affirming space where you feel seen, heard, and supported exactly as you are.
Booking Your First Appointment
Starting therapy doesn’t require you to have all the answers. It simply asks that you show up as you are.
If you’re looking for a therapist who will listen with compassion, challenge you with care, and walk alongside you through life’s transitions, I’d be honoured to support you.
All appointments are offered virtually for clients located anywhere in Ontario.
