Reproductive Mental Health, Through Every Chapter.
Your reproductive life is deeply personal, and it can carry experiences that are complicated, emotional, transformative, or difficult to name.
Whether you're navigating fertility and IVF, pregnancy and postpartum, abortion, reproductive loss, perimenopause, menopause, or a changing relationship with your body and identity, there is space for your experience here.
There’s Space for Your Experience Here.
Reproductive mental health can touch every part of our lives. Whatever brings you here, you deserve support that makes room for the complexity of your experience.
Sometimes, There Isn’t One Right Way to Feel.
Relief can exist alongside grief. Joy can sit beside fear. Even a decision that feels right can carry complicated emotions.
Reproductive experiences can change how you relate to your body, your relationships, your identity, and even the future you imagined for yourself. Whatever you're carrying, therapy can offer space to make sense of it without judgment or expectation.
You don't have to have it all figured out.

Frequently Asked Questions
Wondering what to expect? You’re not the only one. Let’s start with some of the questions that come up most often.
Reproductive psychotherapy can support a wide range of experiences, including fertility and IVF, pregnancy and postpartum changes, pregnancy loss, abortion and pregnancy decision-making, PMDD, endometriosis, perimenopause, menopause, relationships, identity shifts, and the emotional impact reproductive health can have throughout your life.
No. Reproductive mental health extends far beyond pregnancy. I support clients across different reproductive experiences and stages of life, including abortion, fertility challenges, postpartum transitions, perimenopause, menopause, and changes in how you experience your body, relationships, or identity.
Not at all. You may have a clear reason for seeking therapy, or you may simply know that something feels difficult, different, or unresolved. We can begin with what you’re experiencing now and explore the rest together.
Your first therapy session is a chance for us to get to know one another, explore what brought you to therapy, and talk about what you’re hoping for from our work together. You don’t need to have your story organized or know exactly what to say. We’ll begin where you are, and you can share at a pace that feels comfortable.
The frequency of therapy depends on your needs, goals, and current season of life. Many clients begin with weekly or biweekly therapy sessions for consistent support; after a few months, you may want to choose less frequent appointments for ongoing emotional wellness, reflection, and personal growth. Together, we can find a schedule that feels supportive and sustainable for you.
You can begin by booking a free 20-minute consultation. You don’t need to prepare anything or have the right words. Come as you are, and we’ll start from there.
The consultation is an opportunity for us to briefly talk about what is bringing you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and any questions you have about working together. It also gives us a chance to see whether the fit feels right before booking a full session.
Yes. Sessions are offered virtually to clients located across Ontario, allowing you to attend therapy from a private and comfortable space that works for you.
Individual therapy sessions at Pink Light Psychotherapy are $165 for a 50-minute session. Payment is processed at the end of each session, and you’ll receive a receipt that can be submitted to your insurance provider for reimbursement, if applicable.
Many extended health benefit plans provide coverage for services offered by a Registered Social Worker/Psychotherapist. We provide receipts you can submit to your insurance provider. Coverage varies by provider and plan, so we recommend checking your individual benefits for details about psychotherapy coverage.
